Niabakeshop Refund & Return Policy

At Niabakeshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

- Items that are perishable, customized, or on sale are non-returnable.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

- Email sales@niabakeshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

 

2. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged items. If you ordered the wrong item, a new order must be placed.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
